Joel J. H. As the head of the mergers and acquisitions team at Hart David Carson – Joel has accomplished the successful completion of multi-million-dollar acquisitions for clients in a myriad of industries. Most notably Joel represented Addicting Games in connection with its sale to publicly traded, Enthusiast Gaming Holdings Inc., comprised of cash, stock, and debt in a deal valued at $35 million.
Joel is consistently named one of Illinois’s “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Advocates for his business and estate planning and has again been named an Illinois Super Lawyer Rising Star for the fifth consecutive year - a designation reserved only for 2.5% of attorneys in the State of Illinois.
Joel received his J.D. and MBA degrees through Valparaiso University and graduated with high honors.
