Brandon C. HallShareholder
Brandon Carson Hall is a shareholder at HART DAVID CARSON, LLP and handles civil cases across a wide array of practice areas. He has settled or tried hundreds of cases resulting in tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Brandon has successfully handled wrongful death, products liability, premises complex civil litigation, construction accident, commercial trucking accident, automobile accident and worker’s compensation cases in state and federal courts in Illinois. In the past year, some of Brandon’s notable work included an $800,000.00 settlement for negligent spoliation of evidence against one of the largest automobile insurance companies in the world. The settlement was reached just prior to opening statements at trial. In the past year he also secured a $750,000.00 settlement for a client injured in an automobile accident, $721,000.00 for a construction worker injured at work, $375,000.00 for a client injured when she was shot in the chest at her ex-husband’s home, $425,000.00 for a passenger in a vehicle who collided with a train, and a $450,000.00 settlement for a client injured outside of his truck on the highway. What makes each of the above victories so important is that the insurance companies denied every single case with a zero offer before lawsuits being filed.
As a result of his legal excellence in the field of personal injury law, Brandon was recently featured in USA Today, and named one of the Top 100 Power Lawyers in the country.
Brandon is again honored to be named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star for the seventh consecutive year. He has been named a Rising Star every year since 2014. The Rising Star designation is given to only 2.5% of all attorneys in Illinois.
Brandon has been named a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney by The National Trial Lawyers for five consecutive years beginning in 2016. He has also been named an “Emerging Lawyer” by Leading Lawyers for every year since 2015. He also has a perfect “10” rating from the online attorney rating system “AVVO”.
